Create an Image Lookup in an Excel worksheet

Create a button in a spreadsheet which when clicked Excel will interrogate cell records in column "H" for image file names and "generate image link" in column "I"
When clicked the image link will search for that image in sub-folders within a master folder on my server and open it in windows 10 default photo browser software.
