The software will make me able to insert the [login to view URL] file and generate create a [login to view URL] file. Launching the [login to view URL] file, a login popup that will prevent the user to launch the software will appear. The user will input the data. IF the login data will be found on a remote sql server, the exe will launch the embedded file. Of course, I will put the sql data in the launcher creator. All will have to be crypted to make the user not be able to run the embedded software without the login data. Don't bid out of the budget, you'll lose time.

i can give you better solution then 2 exe files. one exe file and many dlls with forms and all other code after autorisation all gui and logic will load from dll to main ui i have ready system for this i can show example images

Hello, i'm experienced C++ programmer. I know a lot what is going under the hood of PE EXE, so generating them will not be a problem for me. I didn't decided yet, but probably Creator will be written in C#, and main launcher in C++.
