Help writing a ESC/POS receipt console

I need someone to write a program in c, cpp, or c#, that will allow me to direct print to an Epson TM-T88V receipt printer from windows. I need to be able to change things later if needed. Basically a program that will encode the esc/pos data and send it to the usb receipt printer. The program needs to have the ability to print .bmp logo, Barcodes (including code 39, and 128), qr codes, obviously FONT A or B text that can be center, left, or right aligned or justified, as well as able to print text in string format. I want something that I can just add functions from a header file and make minor changes for different customers, but big changes with the functions to change the entire layout of the receipt as needs may change. This does not need to be gui necessarily, I could easily just change the souce code and be happy with that for now. Just to be clear I do have the driers for the receipt printer setup and I just need the software to encode to the ESC/POS format and sent to the printer.
