Hire a Business Analyst

Business Analyst/Consultant We are looking for a candidate to become a member of a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the entire software development lifecycle of a solution based on Backbase portal. A person that will contribute its experience and skills to the quality of our software products, helping to realize successful customer implementations. Responsibilities and role description Participate in all stages of development life cycle. Analyze business requirements received from the Product Owner and client’s business team. Taking responsibility not only for "requirements gathering" but for what is often more important - clarification, shaping and development of requirements. Transforming ideas into well expressed solution definitions, by analyzing complex business information and being able to turn them into well-structured, clear, straightforward and unambiguous requirements that the development team can implement. Ultimately helping stakeholders to express and achieve what they want and need. General requirements ▪ Excellent understanding of, and ability to communicate in the English language. ▪ Team player who takes pride in, and facilitates the sharing of knowledge. ▪ Flexible, balanced and willing to embrace change. Required Required skills ▪ Strong background in business analysis within retail banking domain (at least 1 year). ▪ Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Finance related discipline. ▪ Knowledge and understanding of software development life cycle and project terminology. ▪ Experience in working with Business Requirements and conversion of these into system level Functional Specifications. ▪ Strong analytical capability, with good attention to detail. ▪ Ability to work with diverse stakeholders including business clients and IT. Nice to have experience with ▪ Computer skills including but not limited to a basic knowledge of some programming language like Java, JavaScript, basic relational databases knowledge, SQL, understanding of basic building blocks of modern corporate architecture. ▪ Experience in working with workflow tools for application development like Jira, TestLink.
