Need advice from someone who is an expert in Excel VBA, SOLR, Elasticsearch for which would be the best way to organize data through scraping

Need advice from someone who is an expert in Excel VBA, SOLR, Elasticsearch for which would be the best way to organize data through scraping 1. We have around 2000 categories (3rd level, Level 1 is around 12 only) for our internal website 2. We have a “historical database” (excel file) of over half a million items sold, each item showing which of the 2000 categories it belongs to, fields such as Brand, Model, city/state/country, serial number, year of manufacture, etc. What we want to do: 1. We want to “scrape” over a 100 other “source sites” which offer the same items and list them as an “aggregator” website. 2. Each of these source sites have their own category structure, and number of categories can vary from none to a couple of hundred, but substantially less than our 2000. The OBJECTIVE is to map each of their items to one of our (3rd level) 2000 categories. I don’t have experience in data analysis or programming, hence am relying on freelancers to create my product. I would like someone who is an expert in this to advice which would be the best way to go about doing this.
