Parse a NIH XML stream

I have a small vb.net HTTP Client service that calls a API. I've attached working code that needs to have the XML stream parsed and 4 values passed to a dummy sub. I will handle the database work I need the XML read and passed to the sub routine. The API only call 50 XML nodes at a time so the process need to loop till they are all handled. Much of the code is written but can use a little clean up. Please look at the attached file before you bid. If a person know .NET and XML should take 10 minutes.
