Setup the XML Import Plugin to sync with existing WordPress theme

Need to setup my XML Import plugin; so I can import data into custom fields in my Responsive Real Estate WP theme. Specifically, I already built 20 custom fields and 4 taxonomies in my WP theme. I need the same fields and taxonomies setup in the XML import plugin; so I can upload XML files that import data into real estate listing custom fields. I already installed the Import Plugin on my Responsive WP theme. The import plugin and WP theme have user friendly tools; so you should not need to create or write new code for this project. When applying for this project, please address my needs, your abilities and how many hours for completion. Importantly, you need good English communication skills so we can effectively communicate. I estimate for this project to take 3-5 hours. In the event this job requires more hours for completion, I am willing to pay for extra work and additional time involved (Based on a mutual advance agreement). I want a Win-Win relationship!
