Wheel Of Fortune Puzzle Game Shell

I wish to purchase the source code written in Visual C# for a small game design. Overview: I'm looking to have the shell of a Wheel of Fortune type game created. I need the program to load a text file containing a puzzle, generate the new puzzle board, then through user input of values and letters, reveal the correct letters, keep track of the score, turn and letters chosen. It will need to play several sound effects at appropriate times. This application needs to have two windows, one for the graphic display and one for a control panel. This will be used on a computer connected to a projector. I want the game board to be on the projector, but I will control the aspects of it from the computer. Some Guidelines: Must have two separate windows, a winform with controls and a floating window to show the graphics. Load the puzzle from a text file, generate the puzzle with correct number of white squares based upon the text file. Wait for user input, based up the input, search the puzzle to see if chosen letter is there, reveal all the instances of that letter randomly, adjust score, adjust players turn. Wait for more input. All values will be input from the control window. There will be three main groups of controls: (Spin Group) which will include different dollar values, bankrupt, lose turn, prize, vowel and solve button. (Letter Group) all 26 letters on individual buttons. (Control Group) This group will have indicators and manual controls over the game such as team name, turn number, round number, score values, manual buzzer, timer, puzzle load. The graphics window will need to display a basic background changeable through the control panel, the puzzle board (also changeable), the category name, three team names with scores. I will provide all the artwork. Based on the sample pic included, I have created several backgrounds, the puzzle grid (with each letter holder the exact same pixel count X and Y) and a tile sheet with a blank tile (unused letter placeholder), a white tile (letter placeholder that has not yet been chosen) and a complete set of the alphabet tiles. I am simply looking for functionality as this will be used for our youth group at church.
