Write some Software

We have a Windows Server 2008, which runs a few crucial processes. We need a way to detect if the processes are running properly and reboot the server if they dont. TCP/IP Port 8899 must be listening and available to connections from outside. ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Check for C drive HD space.
