HI, I have many years experience in electronics and product design, mostly in the industrial and control sectors. I have the capacity to design, build and test prototypes of any complexity. Your project as specified, in conjunction with the flow diagram seems quite straightforwards. The primary issue will be managing the motor drive and the control systems with only the single battery. The image you have attached shows the motor to be a vibrator, is this how the device will be used? It also appears the pcb profile and size suggest the device is to be mounted in a tube style enclosure. Hi, Can you please share both sides of the PCB. We have done similar kind of PCBs ( for e-cig). As per the current picture, it looks like the motor is directly controlled by Switch. If we are going with easily available microcontrollers, then at least 1.8Vmin is required(2xAAA). About us: We have 10 years of experience in Product development. Micro-controllers we can work on PIC, STM32, PSOC and AVR and also we have all the development kit and instruments available with us. For PCB design we use KICAD v4.
