Build a website that simulates vehicle movement

I need a website/web-app built to test some core functionality for a new backend as a service platform. So, I'm looking for a killer dev who can create for me a page that will demonstrate + test this functionality, and I need it rather quickly.

What we're going to do is simulate the movement of a car on a road. I want the website to let me choose a starting point from Bing Maps or Google Maps, enter in a range of speeds, enter in a distance range, enter in 5 other data points about the car (for example: oil temp range, engine temp range, wipers on/off, etc...) and then hit "start". The car will then "drive" at a range of speeds (varying between the limits provided) until the distance range has been met.

While the car is driving, it is calling back to our web services platform, storing metrics/metadata about the trip. All the data provided + speed + location (lat,long) will be stored.

And that's it. In addition to the above, we'll have a field where the user can enter a username so we can track the sessions for later viewing.

We just need the website/app built. The backend infrastructure exists and all details will be provided. You'll be provided with an Azure instance in which to build/test/deploy this. I would like to start this project absolutely ASAP, so an ability to work this weekend is a must. Strong preference will be given to developers who can use the Time Tracker tool, and who have worked with API integrations & maps before.
