Digital IO Control via PC

I need a software for the NodeMCU that does the follwoing: Connects to PC software over TCP at predefined port number. Waits for the software to send an ASCII command Once the ASCII command arrives the NodeMCU should change the status of the Digital IO accordingaly Output 0 goes off when the command value is 01 Output 0 goes on when the command value is 02 Output 1 goes off when the command value is 03 Output 1 goes on when the command value is 04 Output 2 goes off when the command value is 05 Output 2 goes on when the command value is 06 Output 3 goes off when the command value is 07 Output 3 goes on when the command value is 08 Output 4 goes off when the command value is 09 Output 4 goes on when the command value is 10 Output 5 goes off when the command value is 11 Output 5 goes on when the command value is 12 Output 6 goes off when the command value is 13 Output 6 goes on when the command value is 14 Output 7 goes off when the command value is 15 Output 7 goes on when the command value is 16 All outputs go on when the command value is 17 All outputs go on when the command value is 18 Read the status of the outputs and sends the valus to the PC when receives command value 20
