AMAZON MWS API

I need desktop application/ or webbase( PHP,MYSQL) which will extract the full order details from [login to view URL] every time an order from my Amazon seller account ships to the customer. I need the complete order details. Everything that is available via the Amazon API of that order. Things like: Customer Name, Address, Product, SKU, UPC code, Time of order, Price, Shipping Type, SKU, UPC, and VERY IMPORTANT also the customer’s Phone number. All these details are available inside Amazon anyway. After that we can print shipping label since all customer details are available so we can print shipping label with barcode of courier tracking no and order no. We can able to enter courier name , Pin code and unassigned Tracking NO# against each courier once order come to the panel as per customer pincode system will assign courier name and tracking no. Courier name shall be selected based on priority, we will predefine the priority of the courier , Invoice and also we can update order status, if order shipped then we will update courier name and tracking no which will back to amazon panel for [login to view URL] type of user access we need, suppose user1- only view product print packing slip user2- only print shipping label and shipping details update, user-3- product feed upload, user4- all access read and write Please give me a quote for completing such a script and also your timeframe.
