Block Chain Integration

Dear Sir,

This mail is with regards to the discussion held over the phone toward our requirement of Blockchain integration into CBS. Kindly download the attachment for the draft for the features, modules and technical information of the CBS.

We even do have the under given are our requirements thats provided by IBM which is as follows:

1. We are new Ecommerce IOT Fintech Startup. We have a fully fledged Core banking Software which functions in the backend towards all the activities of our RUR EBANQ in JAVA Language. We have the complete access for all the development and installation. The features and the modules of the Core Banking Software attached with this mail kindly download the same for your reference.

We require the same to be modified by IBM as per our requirements which is not more than 6 additional existing features.

2. We have Android & IOS inbuild in the software for which we need to modify and integrate with IBM's IOT, Watson, Cognitive Analytics and Blockchain which requires the service from IBM.

With regards to the WATSON, Under given services are what we are looking for:

1. Language

a) Conversation: We want the customers to engage into conversation with our application of various topics that fall with the limitation purview of WATSON. We  need conversation such as chatbot feature for the queries made by our customer to get solutions for various queries that fall under the services offered by RUR EBANQ. We need this because this feature enhances the our application interface and user experience which no other applications are offering. This would also impact the way user interact and decision making process of his routine activities.

b) Tone Analyser: We need this feature in the backend operation to identify customers tone which also supports as biometric verification of customers using basic handsets.

c) Speech to text: We need this feature for physically challenged customers who would interact with our application.

d) Text to speech: We need this feature for physically challenged customers who would interact with our application for the results obtained by their query.

e) Visual Recognition: We need this feature to identify the customer as a part of BIO metric authentication on the activation of deposits and for various other transaction authentication purposes.

f) Watson Virtual Agent: We need this feature to give unique and qualitative experience to the users on their various queries related to our services.

DATA Insights:

a) Discovery and Tradeoff Analytics: We need this feature for our customers to know the current events rolling down the Stock market and get logical updates on the trades and stock market. This should also be able to recognise and interact with the customers behaviour and predict analytics.

We Donot know the functionalities of IBM's project INTU. Based on  your advice we would take it further.

Above mentioned services are the features we are looking to integrate our application with IBM WATSON for the betterment of our application interface.
