I would like to have an L-Shaped arm designed for me in solidworks out of a silicon or polysilicon material with a Young's modulus of 160 GPa and density of 2.33g/cm3. The L shaped arm will have a length (Lb) of 200 μm. A width of 8μm and a height of 2μm. The length of the short segment (La) of the arm is 18μm. I would like screenshots of the 3d design and also Ansys calculation for the spring constants of the L-shaped arm in 3 directions (x, y, and z).
Provide screenshots of results for kx, ky, and kz.
