English - Spanish communication solver

Hi Everyone,
I'm looking for a Spanish native speaker who lives in Spain, who's also able to speak fluently either English or Italian, to help me in my home relocation project.
The tasks will be easy but an organized person would be the best, and the task will be mostly related to arrange view of houses on behalf of myself, checking the internet connection speed of that area, and anything else which requires Spanish speaking and a mobile phone.
Also, I'll ask for some more advice.
I'm happy to pay fair per hour spent in helping me, up to the time that's needed.
