Server migration work.

I have a windows 2012 server that is replacing a couple of windows 2003 servers. I need some assistance with the migration of the domain controllers. The servers are as follows DC2 - Existing windows 2003 server who's sole function is to act as a domain controller, all other services have been moved from this system. HS01 - Windows 2012 server, it was setup as a domain controller but appears that replication stopped at some point since it was added as a domain controller. I plan to add a second windows 2012 domain controller and will need help adding this once the windows 2003 server is removed from AD. My intention would be to grant access through teamviewer or something along those lines at a time that is convenient for both of us. Since these servers are in production it will need to be after hours which is roughly between 10PM - 7AM Pacific Daylight time. I generally do work on these servers remotely and dont have easy after hours physical access to them, though it is not likely needed for this other then possibly a reboot. There is a third windows 2003 server that I may need additional assistance with once the domain controller migration is complete. This I would expect to be an added cost if I require assistance.
