AWS specialist for Windows Server 2012 R2 Domain controller fix

Hi, I need to create a Domain controller machine and another machines where I'll built my application. We've the 2 machines etc. But we can't connect the machine application to the domain controller. I need to fix this or maybe use Microsoft Ad from aws. (the only thing is that we do not have much users: 2. So AD is much expensive than a micro instance like domain controller).
