Online Shopping Marketplace; SRS Doc/Feature Analysis document

Hello Lancers,
We are planning to create an Online Shopping Marketplace. It will be generalized category presence, not a niche.
We need to prepare a document/SRS for the project, which will list all features required on the website.
Once its ready then will redefine as per our needs and this document will then be used to get further design/development quotes.
Requirement quick note: (not limited to below only)
+ Features/Technical Features for FrontEnd; Merchant End and Admin.
+ All opensource products like magento with marketplace extensions (eg. unirgy), cs-cart, etc. to be reviewed for features and listed with reference in the doc.
+ Atleast few online marketplaces like ebay, amazon, flipkart, etsy, overstock, google shopping, yahoo shopping, cafepress, newegg, rakuten, etc. to be reviewed for features and listed with REFERENCE (url or img) in the doc.
+ refer ready scripts which list features, to have some more idea in features
+ IMP: Suggesting a USP or VALUE Adding feature will be an PLUS and will pay Bonus, if its UNIQUE
+ In your proposal please explain how you will be able to value add for this task.
+ Files; Word, Excel or combination. NO PDF

We expect to work on a long term basis. We will need development once the features are freezed.
PLEASE note that we are in need of preparing a document and not site development as of now.
