Revising statistics book chapter

I need a technical writer with knowledge of applied engineering statistics, familiar with Excel, and good English, to revise part of a textbook chapter on statistics, sampling, and measurement. The Chapter is part of a Handbook on material and energy balances in industrial processes, and deals mainly wiht the handling of experimental and plant data. There is some introductory statistics material in the chapter, but the emphasis is on applying simple statisticaltechniques to industrial data. The chapter needs revising and expanding. The bid package includes the existing chapter and the 3 chapters before it so you can see the general tone of the book. To bid, it is absolutely essential to study all of the bid package material. Bids that show the bidder didn't study the material or respond as instructed will be rejected. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional Word document and Excel workbook(s). Follow existing format. 2) Deliverables must be in good technical English. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
