We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team. This is a remote position. Customer Service Representative Job Duties includes, but not limited to: ● Handle in/outbound calls and e-mails. ● Execute excellent customer service via chat support with online customers ● Resolve product or service problems, queries and negative feedbacks in a positive and professional way at all times. You are ● Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary. You qualify if you can: ● speak and write English well ● have great communication skills ● able to multitask between computer software applications ● have excellent phone manners ● work well under pressure ● diligent and committed to work Requirements: ● Customer service experience will be an advantage but not required ● Candidate must be at least High School graduate ● Based in USA, Canada or Australia ● Fast internet connection IS A MUST ● Should be diligent and committed to work

Uploading leads. create users and campaigns. that's my experience but if you consider me ill try to be an agent since thats what you are looking for.
