Phone Sales Professionals Needed Hourly Plus Commission

We are seeking the right telephone sales and support person to introduce our digital services to businesses nationwide by giving away high value products designed to assist them in getting more customers and make more money. We are looking for driven individuals wanting to earn significant commissions to use our dialer to follow up, set appointments, and close. In addition to a competitive hourly wage; you’ll earn commissions every time you successfully "give away" our high-value digital products and get a YES! What we expect from you: Be RUTHLESS about meeting and exceeding goals – Specifically related to calls per day, appointments set per week, and giveaways Call into accounts from targeted pre-marketed leads to get appointments set – Like a Boss! Take new customer information / assist with purchase Calling and educating individual businesses on the benefits of our digital products and services and then provide promotional offer -- For FREE! Work within the confines of shifting calendars and schedules Communicate with prospects, follow up, and confirm set appts Be a client liaison through the giveaway to purchase process as needed Report on KPI’s daily and weekly Log all communication in CRM - “If it’s not in our CRM, it didn’t happen” Show interest and gain an understanding of our target markets, verticals, and specific location What you’ll bring: 2+ years of telemarketing experience Experience selling B2B products and services Experience working with phone dialer and CRM’s (PowerDialer and Salesforce a plus!) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Proven track record of exceeding objectives and goals A self-driven, ambitious, and professional attitude Ability to effectively follow a script, take feedback, and be coached as needed Please provide a brief summary of your sales experience and any experience you may have had in healthcare or selling to older adults is a plus but not required.
