Hello, I'm looking for a NLG expert who has experience with advanced NLG. What I'm looking to build is a primitive version of Wordsmith which is hopefully based on simpleNLG.
It has to serve two purposes:
1. Ask questions based on data (primarily structured data) and display charts based on the question generated
2. Make statement based on charts
As a reference please take a look at the video of IBM Watson Analytics about its discovery features:

I am not looking to build this on IBM Watson Analytics. It must be built on Tensorflow, Pytorch or equivalent.
