Create an Animation

I have an idea of an anime music video to a song I have recorded for my upcoming audio project.

I have a rough sketch of the main character for the video already and would simply need a 3 minute video telling the story of the song in an artistic, abstract way. I would love to send you the song if you decide its something you would like to tackle. I do understand how complicated anime animation can be and I don't mind if time-saving techniques are used. Basically the entire video does not have to be animated. I also do NOT need the character to talk as the music will be playing as the video progresses!

Skills: After Effects, Flash, etc..(preferably after effects)

I already have a concept/idea for the storyline of the video but I'm hoping you can help me develop it and take it to another level and that we can create something special!
