3-D walkthrough rendering of 6-story 82 unit apartment building

Hi. I need a non-professional rendering of our building, does not need to be built to exact engineering standards, we will use this for approximate square footage, number of windows, a quick view of a unit, etc. This will be for personal, private use of the buildings owners. This project is being placed out for bids by the owners. It is a six story multi family apartment building, shaped like an H if you look down from a bird's eye view. I have an original schematic of the building that could be traced in and you could use this to duplicate the top 5 floors. The top four stories are the same, the bottom two have some differences (a couple of windows missing on floor 2, and the ground floor has a lobby etc). The six stories comprise 82 apartment units. There is a cellar that we do not have plans for. This could be an extra project added on at the end for an additional price if we decide to add it, but at the moment we just need the ones built from the schematic (the six floors above ground). I need the interior and exterior done. The exterior would include a generic back garden and front courtyard and sidewalk (I can supply a picture). The building should "look like" the actual building, so you will need to put a brick exterior, for example, and differentiate between some of the window types (most are double hung, a few are casement, etc). The inside of the apartments should just be empty with bare walls. (The top four floors will be copy/paste. The first (ground) and second floor are slightly different as mentioned. Ideally this would be generated using software that we could use later to update if necessary. I would provide you with schematic and dimensions of lobby (not seen on schematic) and as many pictures/videos as you need.
