Create textures for 5 very low poly models

I have 5 different 3d models (military towers for TD game). Each has three different levels. Average triangle count for each model is 250. UV's are prepared and only textures has to be done. No normal maps, no specular maps, just the textures.
Style: Realistic with some sci-fi elements
Selected designer must be able to make a short skype interview before approval. If job is done okay - more work will be offered.
Since many bids are posted and i cannot answer all the questions, i will provide more information about the project.
I attached three files, two of them show images of models that need textures (the leg are the same for all of them). Third image is quality and style required. Off course style may be adjusted, changes suggested and any ideas are welcome.
