Hi, Check my portfolio. I do 3D modeling of houses by using Auto CAD and rendered images can be provided by using LUMION. I had a look at your word file that you have uploaded and understood your requirement. You basically have outlined the interior of the store. I can model the whole interior of the shop and provide you separate rendered images of reception, counter, inventory etc. And also please provide a layout of the shop to model the exterior. I am new to freelancer.com.au, so my main ambition for this project is to gain good feedback and experience. However this also means I am willing to work for an extremely low cost! I can help you out on this one, although I highly doubt I will be able to deliver it to you on the 4th, that leaves me with less than a week to complete this project. Also your reference photos are not ideal whatsoever. You will need to provide me with good quality images of the interior and exterior of your store. You may also need to sketch out a rough blueprint of the store as well. Once I receive the high quality photos of your store, I will begin to model the interior using the textures from the photos you have provided me with. I will use 3DS Max to model the interior and then the game engine Unity 4 to simulate the store. In the end you will have 3d renderings and a simulated model of your store which you can navigate around to show off to your prospective clients. I understand you need the project done by the 4th but I highly doubt anyone will be capable of producing a quality product in that time. If you give me the minimum of 10 days to 20 days max, I will be able to produce a very good quality 3d rendering of your store. Once the product is finished, we will negotiate a price. Now since I am new on freelancer, i will be more than willing to work for a cheaper price then most other 3D modellers you find on this site. So book me now before someone else takes advantage of me!!
