Create a cartoon from an approved sketch

We have a drawing that has been approved and needs to be animated with a 3 dimensional feel wearing different outfits for multiple projects. We have uploaded the image and guidelines as reference. 1 - She is a singer/ karaoke queen (MAIN IMAGE) 2 - She is a modern DJ 3 - She is a dancer from the movie "Fame" 4 - She is a "Men In Black" secret agent 5 - She is a 70's Hippy 6 - She is a chef 7 - She is a futuristic star space warrior 8 - She is a 50's diner waitress 9 - She is Santa's helper 10 - She is sitting on a train These need to be coloured and done ASAP. We will also need more in the future so there will be more work down the track for the right artist. Please quote per image and bundle of 10. I will create a milestone for the first image, then the next 4 and the final 5 so that you get payment and we get our images. PLEASE NOTE: IMAGE #1(KARAOKE QUEEN) MUST BE FULLY COMPLETE WITHIN 72HOURS (SATURDAY 5PM AEST). THE REST MUST BE COMPLETE WITHIN A WEEK
