Create a colourful Animation for children

Create 2D animation for children's ongoing series. This is repetitive project, for an year! I am looking at people who have experience doing really colorful and nice looking animations for children. My budget is 80 USD. Time duration is about 2:30 minutes. I will be providing the audio track and the script. You will be required to first provide a storyboard/animatics of the film.
