Create a 3-4 minute animated explainer video

We require an animated video to explain our new technology related fashion concept which is to be launched on kickstarter. We have written a script which is just over 3 minutes in duration and have developed a related storyboard detailing the basic flow of each scene to be animated. The script centers on three characters - a designer, a customer and a manufacturer. These characters will need to be developed by the animator. The script is not set in stone and if the selected animator has suggestions on better ways to present our narrative we would be happy to consider them. We can provide a copy of the script to shortlisted bidders upon request.
