Hi With designer's background, I believe that i can quickly grasp the concept and details that you wish to have which would create more time for me to work towards perfecting the image in rendering and the after effects. I usually start building moodels from plan and elevation. Sometimes i can even begin with reference images for an idea of a material, concept. After the basic model, i will start wroking on the detail of material or architectural detailing, placing furniture, and eventually the lighitng effect. If its a simple flat space, it usually takes up max 3 days to finish first draft of a project with basic material and lighitng effect. However i usually leave up to 2 to 3 times of minor changes for you to make the end project perfect in terms of design or material. Eventurally I will finish with high resolution rendering process for the after effect image edditing, if nessesary.
