I have successfully completed 3 terms at the CAD Institute in 1995-1996, earning 3 Certificates in CAD Drafting, and Diploma in CAD Drafting. Presently attending Phoenix College, to complete my Architectural Drafting major, using AutoCAD and REVIT. For freelance projects I use Blender 3D software, creating Architectural models, 3D models and animation for various client projects, including architectural and landscaping projects. (I have also used ArchiCAD and 3DSMax, but my working knowledge of 3Ds Max, and ArchiCAD is less extensive than that of the other software mentioned.) I have created several renderings in REVIT in client and class projects, while attending Phoenix College, and working architectural projects. I have been using Gimp and Photo Impressionist, software to create and edit graphics, and renderings, and create material and texture graphics for projects as needed. Other training and accomplishments are listed in my resume. I have worked on projects for real estate development of a shopping mall using AutoCAD, Blender 3D modeling and animation software in combination with Bryce 3D. Worked on an architectural/landscaping project, incorporating a new idea for their landscape format. Work provided upon request. I am an innovator and inventor using acquired skills, experience, and knowledge to create 3D models, renderings, and animation for projects that will better benefit your business.
