create and personalize 3D characters on Mobile device

Users will be able to create and personalize their own 3D images in a mobile device (iPad etc). They will enter physical dimension data about themselves such as height, weight, shoulder width, waist, arm lengths, body build type, etc. as part of setting up their user profiles during registration. 1st key feature is 3D models will be created "automatically" based on these user data. 2nd key feature is Cloth, outfit and accessories can be "painted" or "drew" on the 3D images to further customize the characters. The goal is to create 3D characters that closely resemble themselves,wearing some cloths that are designed and fit for themselves, in a 3D virtual world, This is to replace a similar project I posted last week, "create and personalize 3D characters online" because now I need a mobile app instead of web browser so mouse controls will be replaced by finger motions, swipe, pinch, drag, slide, etc. We can start with iPad first and then extend to other mobile platforms in future releases, I hate to repeat myself but really wanted to be clear I need 3D developers, not 3D artists because this has be done programmatically.
