Redesign 3D Character Models for PS4 Game

Project Details:
We are looking to contract out about 35 fantasy character models for our title in development. Existing models exist for each character along with character descriptions and a lot of the models also have existing character art as well. These models can be used loosely as a reference for the models in a new realistic style. Models must be rigged with the Epic Skeleton for use with Unreal Engine 4. No other rigs will be accepted under any circumstances. Tri-counts should be within 20,000 to 50,000. Any models with a tri-count above 60,000 will be rejected without question. If the model is textured, PBR textures must be provided, and must have at least 2048x2048 texture atlases, but should be preferably at 4096x4096.
Proposal Requirements:
-Outsourcing Modelling Groups will be preferred
-Portfolio of Previous Work must be included
-Illegal copying of assets from non-legal sources will not be tolerated under any circumstances. All models must have the legitimate licenses to be distributed commercially
A Proper Proposal Must Contain the Following:
-Range of Rates per character for both PBR Textured Characters and also Characters with Material ID maps but untextured. Hires Normals and proper UV unwrapping must be provided in any case.
-Expected Characters per week once things are running smoothly.
-Expected time for things to begin running smoothly.
-Portfolio of existing work for evaluation.
-Willingness to Sign an NDA
-A final budget for all 35 models
We're looking to hire within 2 weeks, so please include your portfolio with any 3d characters you and/or your team has worked on. Quality is a big factor, so we encourage you to provide us your best work within your portfolio.
