I have looked at the site you quoted and the picture of the sewer cleaning device and con produce a model for you that can be used for presentation purposed. It will not necessary be a full working model as that would be expensive and you dont need it. I can perform any/all engineering design and modelling (mechanical) in Solidworks 2019.
