Below is our assumptions for our bid: 1. Building design is assumed available in DWG format and will be provided by you. 2. Preference of external materials aesthetics to be provided by you. 3. 3D modeling will not include internal design. 4. Revit will be used for modeling. 5. 10 days is assumed in absence of information but we may ask for additional days depending on the size of the building. 6.
