Some of the options could be Dropbox, Google Drive - Which version of SOLIDWORKS to be used? This is an important aspect of this project since you want to use the SOLIDWORKS files in your system. - Do you've the required template that you like me to use? This is again an important aspect as the template would define the standards used by you/your company. - What metadata you need me to enter in the models.
