Excel Graph ASAP

Need assistance with Excel graphing. I have attached a zip containing an excel sheet and a bmp containing the desired graph. It's a rough sketch, but effectively, I'm seeking a vertical bar that will include the vendor name label inside the vertical chart portion. Seeking somebody who can do this immediately. [Not a requirement] Furthermore, there is a fourth column that I ommitted. It shows the RAG status of each item - red, green, amber (yellow). Not sure if possible, but it would be nice if this column could be used as some separation in the resulting chart - even if I converted the text name of the color to an integer in the worksheet and then selected the colors manually in the chart. Any ideas would help.

## Deliverables

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
