German Voiceover and Translation

Please make sure that you read and understand the description COMPLETELY before you bid for this project. The candidate must be native German and the must provide basic voiceover sample for the audio quality of his / her sound along with bidding the project. We develop educational courseware for the kindergarten to professional levels. We are looking for the German voiceover and music production artist for one of our book who could also help us translating a 6 page document from English to German. The book contains basic vocabulary words to be recorded. (e.g. cat, car, square, rectangle… etc) along with the counting from 0-100, we also have basic shapes to be recorded (rectangle, triangle etc). We will provide a Google Spreadsheet file containing all the vocabulary words + basic shapes. (Less than 500 words in total approximately). We are also looking for a German ABC song with a rhythmic music. I’m not very particular for that, just sing in a couple of tries and mix with any background music from your existing library and I’m happy with that. There are many examples available on youtube. The 5 page document is filled with English in one column and you are supposed to write the translations in the parallel column. So essentially its a two and half page document. The document also contains many duplicate sentences and similar paragraphs and also has one word per line items. Summary The candidate is required to provide only these 3 things in total. 1) German vocabulary words, shapes, counting and motivational words (Provided in the document ) 500 Words in total approx.) 2) German ABC Song (Audio) 3) Translate a 5 page document to German (Translation) Thats it ! IMPORTANT: Please keep in mind that we will require the german audio files with filenames in english. We strongly recommend the artist to record one big audio containing all the words with 2-3 second delay and then insert (labels / markers to the words) in Audacity. This saves a lot of time of the artist from a repetitive recording and file saving job. If you do it this way, you’d be probably be finished in an hours. It is also very easy for us to review the work and we are able to adjust the pre/post delay of any audio at any time. (If you don’t know how to do it, we can teach you, it won’t take more than 2 minutes to learn). Everything is provided in Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets format and you can jump start right away. Its a quick money project but I’m looking for a person who is willing for a long-term business relationship as there are many things in our pipeline. If this project show sufficient satisfaction, the next project will be preferably awarded to the selected candidate. Note: The audio files will be our property and you will not distribute them to any third party. Here are the things we can considering to award the project. - Who has young and attractive voice. - Who can produce attractive sounds for children - Who has studio quality sound samples. - Who can provide both male and female voice overs. - Who can provide competitive rates. - Who are willing for a long-term business relationship rather than cashing the opportunity. - Who is already familiar with Google Docs and Google Spreadsheets to work collaboratively.
