SEO/.CSV./Data entry project. 4 lang. Google Trans OK!

I have a product .csv file the has already been developed about 90%. The .csv spreadsheet file is only lacking about 5 fields and the accompanying records that will go in those fields. Currently there are about 12,300 records under the current fields. Two of the fields i need to add will be "shipping" and "returns". I already have the data that can be copy and pasted for all 12,300 records for these two fields so it should be very easy. The last three fields will be Meta tag title, Unique description, and unique keyword. The hired Freelancer will have to use professional SEO creativity skills to input the 12,300 records according to the information provided in the .csv file. I don't mind a dynamic approach to adding records but there has to be some element of randomness to avoid over looking by "spiders" that crawl the pages and produce the best possible SEO for the products page that each item will appear on. When the English SEO is done for the three fields (meta tag title, unique keyword and unique description) they will need to be translated into German, Italian, Spanish, and French. Since there is not a high importance on reading proficiency all of three of the SEO fields can be translated with Google Translation. The final result will be 5 individual csv files. A large part of this project can be done with dynamic record input as long as it is not counterproductive to SEO techniques as mentioned before. This should really cut down on work time for this project since the freelancer should be experienced with spreadsheets. Look at my feedback.
