Audio file Transcribe: Cantonese to English

I am looking for a someone to transcribe audio files from Cantonese speaking dialog to English translation. The translation would need to be the word for word. Please time code the translations. Its an on the ground interview, between two people, but I just need one translation for the main speaker. We can discuss further which voice I need.
Here is a sample of the audio. The interview is taken place at a recycling center. Hence the loud noise in the background. If interested I can send a dropbox link with all the files. Total there are 45 mins+ of translations needed to be done. This is a very timely matter, and the translations need to be done by Wednesday. If the job is done well, there will be future work available. Thank you!
