I have an image which is a mockup of one HTML container that I need coded out. What you see on top of the image is what small screen sizes see, and what you see on bottom is what big screen sizes see. Both are the exact same container, just viewed by different screen sizes. You should use Bootstrap4 (current version is Bootstrap4-alpha6). It is up to you whether you want to use the bootstrap's grid system or bootstrap's flexbox -- whatever is better for this case. What I have attached is just a real bad paint mockup, because I can't publicly share the real mockup here. When you get this job, I can send you a real version of the mockup, but the layout is pretty much the same. Since this is only a small task, I hope this can be done today or at the latest of tomorrow. If you think this is an impossible task with bootstrap, please let me know. I don't really know if bootstrap is flexible enough to get that job done. Maybe we can come up with a different approach then. If you can complete this job to my satisfaction, I might have more similar tasks in very near future for you.
