“The real estate watch web application will provide a suite of data summaries regarding real estate market in Saudi Arabia.
First when the user open the web application he will be presented with a summry the whole real estate market and each sector as well, then the user can use three filters to customize his view of the market: time frame, sectors, location.
The user can decide what kind of data he want to view, like market activity, price fluctuations, market growth.
The user can choose what kind of charts he want to represent the data, like pie charts, bar charts and distribution charts.”
