AR VR Development (Interior Design/Architecture)

Looking for an experienced AR VR Unity Developer, 3D Model Creator and backend REST API developer (PHP or Nodejs) to create a Dynamic 3D experience of a 1 BHK (Bedroom, Living Room, Kitchen) such that user can dynamically choose the colors etc of certain elements on UI, and completely driven from backend. Detailed requirements below: 1. UI Channels to be supported a. Web b. Mobile: Android & iOS c. VR Headset –Need suggestion on this which is budget friendly with good enough Immersive 3D experience 2. Backend: Backend APIs should be REST APIs preferably in one of PHP or Java or Nodejs or Golang with MySql database 3. UX: The customer experience for the below requirements have to look real and not animated to the best possible resolution & creativity 4. Below are the requirements a. Customer uses any of the UI channels to get to my app/site b. Customer shares his personal details (Name, Place, Mobile, Email etc) & registers or via Social Login c. The customer is presented with a list of Interior Designs and he selects one Interior Design. The list will only contain 1 design for this project d. This Interior Design consists of 1 BHK – 1 Bedroom, Hall, Kitchen, Bathroom with different items/elements in each of the room such as Wall Hanging, Table, TV, Fan, Sofa, Kitchen Cabinets, Fridge, ACs etc, bathroom accessories e. Except Walls, floor, ceiling the location of a specific item can be dynamically changed by drag and drop where possible. f. The design needs to be in 3 dimensional view from the center of the room by default with capability to zoom in on any item in that room in any direction g. Any item, for example Wall Hanging, when selected by the customer should give following categories of choices to select i. Location (If available this item can be dragged and dropped to one of the walls or ceiling or floor etc.)  Selecting this will allow the item to drag and drop to a location of choice as applicable & new position is shown realtime & recorded ii. Size  Selecting this will show options Small, Medium, Large and when one of the options is selected the new size is shown realtime & recorded iii. Color  Selecting this will show options Color Picker and on selection the new color is shown realtime Color & recorded iv. Texture  Only applicable for walls, celing, floors, Sofas h. All options explained in (g) will be through backend API integration such that when a new color is to be added, backend would change and the UI channel would automatically have this new color. i. Customer can pick & choose any 3D item, experience the design in 3d world and once good will submit the design which saves the present design state with customer changes and will be sent to the backend for linking with customer details j. Customer will be sent a Thank You SMS, Email & Push notification 5. Reuse from internet as much as possible namely the 3D Models for designing the 1 BHK, any sample code etc. 6.
