Write some Software cursor set and joystick to mouse

1-Its a 30 mins job not more , I need one project , i got texture that i need to make it as my cursor (default mouse pointer) .
2- i want the joystick to controll the mouse position
3- option that if player dont touch joystick, the cursor go back to the middle of the camera view ( this is optional not always triggered)

I'm very strong in Unity. I can easily do your task. So you want a XBox joystick , ok ? I think it will take me 1 hour.
I already did something similar so I can whip it for you in less than 30 minutes. I can also add additional toggles/options if you like.
