Logo and text recognition in video

I have 5 video files that I want to track the same 10 logos in. Inputs: video file (this will be sports game footage) You should have software that scans the video for pre-defined logos and tracks the following: Number of times one logo appears on screen length of time of each exposure % of the screen the logo(s) takes up location of the centre of the logo on the screen They key is it needs to be able to recognise the logo and text when it is at an angle or different orientation or different proportions. It may be printed on a shirt so could be curved around a body. The software needs to be able to recognise it, but only when the large majority of the logo / text is visible. other functionality: -it should just look at shapes and not the colours -it will be able to search for multiple logos in the same video, so if there are 2 on the screen at the same time, it creates 2 lines of data with the same time stamps -there will be a playback function so you can see, using squares around the logos, where it has recognized just like in these videos: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The outputs should be: A data file with the details of the logo exposure for each of the defined logos The video file with squares around the logos that were tracked
