I'm looking for my right hand person to help me with my daily duties. You must be skilled in english reading and writing, answer telephone calls (I will have a voip set up for you) reply to emails, draft letters, gather information from clients, other businesses, and communicate with other employees. We are a Canada company growing at a fast pace. I'm a easy going person, just need someone who knows how to get things done and make sure I dont miss my deadlines or meetings. Hi, I have 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst. I quit my job to get the convenience of working from home(personal reasons) and meet varied people to work with. As a senior most team member, I had to organize the 10 member team's calendar. My main process was to validate customer's creditworthiness. As part of my work, I had to get in touch with the customer to get the details and evaluate them. This involved both phone and email communications. Hi there, I knew you took a quick glance on the amount of my bid before you read this and of course that is but understandable. You must however remember that quality comes with a price. :) Why is my rate 10CAD per hour? Let me count the ways…. Errr, enumerate my qualifications. 1. Bachelors degree in Education major in English and Literature 2. Six years solid experience as an executive secretary. My boss literally leaves management to me while he travels the world with his… (Oh, I have signed an NDA so my lips are sealed.) 3. Planning of biennial international conferences for just a little over a hundred participants which includes scouting for venue, RSVPs, room assignments, food selection (Did you know that there are real people that have avocado allergy?), airport transport, and other tasks that if included here would amount to 500 words. 4. I take my job seriously but with a light heart because if I stress out, I’ll just be killing myself. 5. I learn quickly. My college degree is Education let alone English but I worked in a business where everyone else is a CPA. I had to learn accounting jargons and do balance sheets and billings when I couldn’t even mentally multiply two digit numbers to save my life. Thank heavens for Excel!
