Virtual Assistant Needed for Job Hunting Assistance

Skills and Experience:

- Experience in job hunting and recruitment processes

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Proficiency in email management and scheduling

- Knowledge of various job search platforms and techniques

Tasks to be completed:

- Manage and organize email correspondence related to job applications and interviews

- Schedule appointments and interviews with potential employers

- Provide customer service support to potential employers and job agencies

- Conduct research on job opportunities and assist in the preparation of job applications

- Keep track of job application deadlines and follow up on application status

A typical day would include the following:

Look for legitimate fully remote work from anywhere jobs and apply for them using a pre made resume, however edits would need to be made to the cover letter depending on the job description.

Manage calendar and email by responding to interview requests and inputting interview dates in personal calendar.
