You will help me inspect, buy, move, clean and store a large item listed on Craigslist in Waukee, IA .

This is essentially a "phone calling job" but you will need to go out to actually inspect the item first.

Please quote me your hourly rate as follows, "I would charge you $Y to drive out to Waukee and inspect the item. I would charge you $X per hour for my time when I work at home making phone calls, instant messaging, emailing, etc. "

To start with I would pay you $Y to drive out to Waukee and inspect the item.

I intend to hire movers to move the item. Therefore, you would *not* need to move the item. But I want the item inspected before I buy it.

Sure, I realize this job sounds a little weird but how would you go about buying an item you found on Craigslist in another city? Would you book a flight on an airplane?
