Auto-Resize Lefts and Widths Without Gaps

When I try to auto-resize labels and textboxes there tends to be gaps. This happens due to there being a long percentage that doesn't always portray the correct output. For instance if a textbox was 204 and it was 0.3% of the scalewidth it could vary by resizing the form which I'd like to find a solution to.
In the attachment you can see a very basic auto-resize of 3 labels and 3 textboxes that sometimes will leave a gap or overlay another control.
The objective is to auto-size certain form objects, preserving their left positions and resizing their widths to encompass their form position when a form is resized.
